Spark Pet Policy for Resman

We understand that pets are an important part of your family. We welcome well-behaved pets into our community under the following guidelines:

Pet Fees

• A non-refundable pet fee of $300 will be charged per pet.
• A monthly pet rent fee of $35 will be charged per pet.

Pet Policy

• Limit of 1 pet in Studio/1 Bedroom units and 2 pets in other units
• Weight limit of 35 pounds per pet
• Below is a list of dog breeds restricted from the property. Renters may not own or otherwise bring, or allow others to bring, the following breeds onto the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a pet fine and possible eviction.

8. Great Dane
9. Mastiff
10. Pit Bull / Pit Bull Mix

12. Pyrenees
13. Rottweiler
14. Siberian Husky
15. Wolf/ Wolf Hybrid/ Wolf Mix

Resident Liability

Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the apartment or common areas.

Pet owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste properly. This includes using designated pet waste stations and disposing of littler in sealed bags. Failure to property properly pick up after your pet may result in a pet violation fee.

Property Right of Refusal

Management reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, deny any pet(s) deemed dangerous or potentially dangerous for any reason. Management further reserves the right to request information and documentation (i) verifying pet breed, (ii) verifying proof of pet vaccinations, and (iii) relating to any and all history with respect to a pets interactions with people.
